What good marketplace management looks like.
A look at how we approach real problems across listings, advertising, creative, and account health.
Home & Kitchen brand — ranking recovery after a category shift
Challenge. A mid-size home goods brand saw organic ranking collapse across its top 12 ASINs after Amazon adjusted how it weighted a key category's search relevance. Sessions were down sharply and the existing listings hadn't been touched in over a year.
Approach. We rebuilt the keyword architecture for every affected ASIN, rewrote titles and bullets around updated search-term data, corrected backend indexing gaps, and refreshed A+ Content to reflect current best practice.
Result. Page 1 keyword coverage was rebuilt across the core catalog and organic session share moved back toward pre-shift levels within the review window.
Beauty brand — PPC efficiency rebuild
Challenge. A growing beauty brand's ad spend had scaled faster than its campaign structure. Search-term reports hadn't been mined in months, and blended ACoS was eating into already-thin margins.
Approach. We restructured campaigns by match type and funnel stage, ran a full search-term cleanup to cut wasted spend, and rebuilt bid strategy around the brand's actual margin targets rather than a flat ACoS goal.
Result. Blended ACoS moved down while profitable ad-attributed sales held steady, freeing budget to reinvest in the campaigns that were actually working.
Supplements brand — listing reinstatement after an authenticity flag
Challenge. A supplements seller had a core ASIN suspended over an authenticity complaint from a competitor, with no clear internal process for responding to Amazon's request for documentation.
Approach. We triaged the notice, assembled the documentation Amazon's Plan of Action required, submitted a compliant appeal, and put a documentation process in place to respond faster if it happened again.
Result. The listing was reinstated, and ongoing account health monitoring was put in place to catch future risk earlier.
Outdoor gear brand — image and A+ Content refresh
Challenge. Strong reviews weren't translating into conversion. The product images didn't answer common pre-purchase questions, and A+ Content was a single unbroken banner with no real information architecture.
Approach. We rebuilt the image carousel around common objections pulled from reviews and return reasons, added comparison and sizing infographics, and restructured A+ Content into clear, mobile-friendly modules.
Result. The updated listing gave shoppers the answers they needed earlier in the page, addressing the specific gaps the review data had pointed to.
